About CompasFlow

Clear thinking for useful technology.

CompasFlow brings hands-on engineering experience to the practical challenges small businesses face online and behind the scenes.

Why CompasFlow exists

Good technology should create momentum—not another layer of confusion.

Small businesses are often asked to choose between generic do-it-yourself tools and technical projects that feel larger than the original problem. CompasFlow offers a more grounded path.

We combine website development, workflow automation, practical AI, and cloud engineering around one question: what will make this business clearer, more capable, or easier to run?

The answer may be a focused website, a better delivery process, or a small automation that removes a daily bottleneck. The goal is not technology for its own sake. It is useful progress.

The person behind the work

Founded by Cosmin Gherghe

Cosmin is an Atlanta-based DevOps engineer and application developer with hands-on experience across Azure, AWS, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, and software delivery.

His work has included building and maintaining delivery pipelines, automating repetitive engineering tasks, supporting self-hosted build infrastructure, moving credentials out of source control, and improving workflows used by development teams.

CompasFlow brings that engineering mindset to smaller organizations: listen carefully, make the system understandable, and solve the problem in a way that can be supported after launch.

How we work

Technical enough to be dependable. Simple enough to be useful.

01

Clarity before complexity

Start with the business need, explain the choices plainly, and build only what earns its place.

02

Progress you can see

Work in focused steps with useful checkpoints instead of disappearing into a long technical project.

03

People stay in control

Use automation and AI to support judgment—not quietly replace it where the decision matters.

04

Built to be understood

Leave behind maintainable work, useful documentation, and a clearer path for whatever comes next.
